Considerate Parking in West Ayton

We have received concerns from residents regarding parking on Cockrah Road and Yedmandale Road in West Ayton.

We would like to remind motorists to park considerately and responsibly. Please ensure vehicles are not causing an obstruction to other road users, pedestrians, pushchairs, wheelchair users, or emergency service vehicles. Where possible, leave sufficient space for traffic to pass safely and avoid parking opposite other vehicles in a manner that restricts the carriageway.

Residents are encouraged to be mindful of driveways, dropped kerbs, junctions and visibility splays when parking. A little consideration can make a significant difference in keeping our roads safe and accessible for everyone.
